a westerly direction along the centerline of West 16th Street to the
intersection of Georgetown Road; thence north along the centerline of Georgetown
Road to the intersection of West 24th Street; thence west along the centerline
of West 24th Street to the intersection of Auburn Street; thence south along the
centerline of Auburn Street to the intersection of West 22nd Street; thence west
along the centerline of West 22nd Street to the intersection of Sumter Street;
thence north along the centerline of Sumter Street to the intersection of
Charleston Street; thence west along the centerline of Charleston Street to

Line approximately 250 feet to the intersection of Crawfordsville Road and High
School Road; thence north along the centerline of High School Road to the
intersection of West 25th Street; thence east along the centerline of West 25th
Street to the intersection of Philwood Drive; thence north along the centerline
of Philwood Drive to the intersection of Meadowood Drive; thence east along the
centerline of Meadowood Drive to the intersection of School Drive; thence north
along the centerline of School Drive to the intersection of Beauport Road;
thence east along the centerline of Beauport Road to the intersection of Patton
