There is established within the town an ordinance violations bureau to be administered by a violations clerk, who shall be appointed from time to time by the town board. In the absence of such appointment, the violations clerk shall be the clerk-treasurer of the town. (Ord. 756 § 1, 1988; Ord. 667 § 1, 1981).
