Chapter 2.12 EMPLOYEES’ VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS
2.12.040 Termination.
If an employee quits or is discharged, the employee shall be paid an
amount of vacation pay which the employee shall have accumulated based upon the
above formula. Likewise, if an employee has used an unaccumulated amount of
vacation time, this amount shall be deducted from his pay. (Ord. 369 §4,
1966).
