Chapter 2.24 BOARD OF METROPOLITAN POLICE COMMISSIONERS
2.24.020 Oath--Bond.
Before a person may enter upon his duties as a member of the metropolitan
board of police commissioners, he must subscribe and take an oath to be
administered by the clerk of the circuit or superior courts of Marion County and
must also post bond in the penal sum of five thousand dollars payable to the
state of Indiana conditioned on the faithful and honest discharge of his duties.
