If the union establishes majority representation, the bargaining unit represented by the union will include the town’s nonsupervisory firefighters. Supervisors shall be excluded from the unit. Supervisors are those persons who would be considered supervisors pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act. (Ord. 1031 §4, 2005).
