(a) A charge for the fingerprinting service is necessary to cover the reasonable costs of such service provided by the Speedway police department.
(b) The following charge is established for the fingerprinting services provided by the Speedway police department:
Fingerprinting Service Charge. Any individual that requests fingerprinting shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten dollars. (Ord. 1037 §§1, 2, 2005).
