The funds accumulated in the Speedway cumulative capital development fund will be used for capital improvements as described in the following sections of the Indiana Code: IC 36-8-14-2, 36-9-16-2, 36-9-16-3, 36-9-16.5-2, 36-9-17-3 and 36-9-26-2.
