A. Revenues of the environmental liability insurance fund shall be derived by annual transfer of monies from the sewage works and other town funds charged with contributions under the annual budget adopted by the town council.

B. Revenues of the environmental liability insurance fund shall include all insurance refunds or receipts received for environmental-related claims; fees, charges or other monies designated by the town council and any balance of the landfill closure escrow account remaining upon termination of that fund by the town council.
