5.16.150 Record of calls.

The drivers of all taxicabs shall keep and file with their employers a daily record of all calls made and passengers transported, the time and place when and where the passenger was secured and the place where the passenger was taken, the number and sex of passengers. Failure to keep such a record shall be grounds for summary suspension of the license by the town marshal or by the board of trustees. (Ord. 382 § 15, 1966).
