Any person operating a taxicab within the town without the license required under this chapter, or whose license has been suspended or revoked, shall be fined the sum of ten dollars for each offense. Each separate violation hereunder shall constitute a separate offense and each day on which a violation occurs shall also constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 382 § 17, 1966).
