No person shall establish, conduct or maintain any junk shop or junkyard on any ground within the town limits unless the property where the same is constructed is enclosed by solid brick, concrete wall or other solid masonry wall of not less than eight feet in height, and all doors leading into the yard shall be solid doors of either metal or wood, of the full height of the wall, and shall swing inward so that they will not project beyond the property line of the wall when opened, and no such a wall shall be erected within twenty-five feet of front or street line of the property nor within four feet of sideline of the property.
