Before any firm, person or corporation uses any cart, wheelbarrow, wagon, truck, automobile or other vehicle, he shall pay to the clerk-treasurer a license fee in the sum of ten dollars per day for each vehicle so used, and upon payment of the license fee the clerk-treasurer shall issue the license for the definite day or days the same are to be used.
