5.28.030 License fee and the bond.

(a) A separate license fee shall be paid to the town for each event and shall be based upon the maximum number of persons who may attend the event as follows:
(1) Fewer than 1,000 persons

(8) More than 100,000 persons

(b) Each application for a license required by this chapter shall be accompanied by a bond with a corporate surety licensed to do business in the state payable to the town in an amount as determined below, and the bond shall be approved by the clerk-treasurer as to sureties and form. The bond shall be used to indemnify any person proving to the satisfaction of the clerk-treasurer that he has suffered bodily or property damage as a result of the acts or omissions of the licensee in violation of this chapter. The bond shall also be used to indemnify the town or any person obtaining a judgment against a licensee for any conduct or violation of any law arising out of the licensed premises. The amount of the bond shall be based upon the maximum number of persons who may attend any event at any one time at the licensed premises and shall be determined as follows:
(1) Fewer than 10,000 persons
