Any licensee violating this chapter may have its license and/or permits revoked, after hearing, and shall be fined a sum of one hundred dollars per day, but not more than two thousand five hundred dollars and costs. Any person who is not a licensee violating this chapter shall be fined, after a hearing, the sum of the applicable license fee and permit fees, but not more than two thousand five hundred dollars and costs. Each day that the violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1059 §1(part), 2006).
