(a) Each person, firm, corporation or association which operates a bathhouse, massage parlor, massage school, massage therapy clinic, massage therapy school, adult bookstore, adult museum, or adult theater shall pay to the town an annual fee of one thousand dollars,
(b) Each massage therapist shall pay to the town an annual license fee of five hundred dollars. (Ord. 590 § 4, 1978).
