(a) All licensed operators or permit holders under this chapter shall show their licenses or permits in a location visible upon entry to the establishment.
(b) All license or permit holders shall be subject to all other town ordinances, county ordinances and state statutes, and to regulations of various administrative bodies of the town, county and state. Violation of such regulations, ordinances, or statutes shall be grounds for revocation of licenses or permits.
(c) No person shall be employed by any licensee under this chapter or be within view of any of the services rendered by a bathhouse, massage parlor, massage school, massage therapy clinic, or massage therapy school, or be within view of any of the products sold, rented, shown or services provided by an adult bookstore, adult museum, or adult theater who has not reached the age of eighteen years.
(d) Every massage parlor, massage school, massage therapy clinic, massage therapy school, adult bookstore, adult museum, or adult theater shall be open for inspection during all business hours and at other reasonable times by police officers, health and fire inspectors, and duly authorized representatives of the town upon the showing of proper credentials by such persons.
