(a) The fee for an alarm system permit shall be five dollars per year per residence, and twenty-five dollars per year per business.
(b) An alarm system permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for a term of one year commencing from the date of issuance.
(c) An alarm system permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be personal to the permit holder and is not transferable.
(d) An alarm system permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked. (Ord. 777 § 6, 1990).
