Any person found guilty of violation of this chapter shall be fined as follows:
(1) Upon the first conviction, fifty dollars;
(2) Upon the second conviction, seventy-five dollars;
(3) Upon the third or subsequent convictions, two hundred dollars. (Ord. 794 § 7, 1991).
