Failure by the cable operator to comply with the terms and conditions established by this chapter shall constitute a violation of this chapter for which the cable operator shall be fined two thousand five hundred dollars. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter. (Ord. 834 § 6, 1994).
