On any day that is an official qualifying day for the “500” Mile Race or the Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and on the day on which the “500” Mile Race or the Brickyard 400 is held, the provisions of this chapter shall not be effective. On any such day, any taxicab, whether licensed or unlicensed under the provisions of this chapter, may be operated within the town. (Ord. 831 § 1, 1994: Ord. 392 § 1, 1967: Ord. 383 § 14, 1966).
