If any person operates a taxicab within the town without the license required under this chapter, or if any person so operates after his license has been suspended or revoked, that person shall be fined an amount equal to the license fee set forth in Section 5.12.030. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Each day on which a violation occurs shall also constitute a separate offense. The operation of a single taxicab shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 383 § 16, 1966).
