(a) All ashtrays and other smoking paraphernalia shall be removed from any area where smoking is prohibited by this chapter by the owner, operator, manager, or other person having control of the area.
(b) Any establishment excepted from this chapter under Section 6.05.060(a)(4), (7), (8) or (9) shall clearly and conspicuously post the following sign at every entrance: “Warning: This is a Smoking Establishment.” (Ord. 1052 §1(part), 2006).
