This chapter shall not be interpreted to permit smoking where it is otherwise restricted by other applicable laws. This chapter shall not be interpreted to prohibit any property owner from imposing on his property any smoking ban that is more restrictive than this chapter. Smoking shall be prohibited in any place in which a property owner posts a “No Smoking” sign. (Ord. 1052 §1(part), 2006).
