No person, persons or corporation shall dump trash, refuse, or waste on any real estate within the town without first obtaining a permit therefor. Nor shall any person, persons, or corporation operate a dump, within the corporate limits of the town, without first obtaining a permit therefor. (Ord. 364 § 1, 1966).
