Within the town limits, it is illegal for any person in connection with the sale or the advertisement of any goods, wares, merchandise or personal services to provide free of charge any services in fortunetelling, astrology, phrenology, palm reading or crystal ball gazing. (Ord. 155 § 2, 1951).
