Chapter 9.52 DISORDERLY CONDUCT
9.52.20 Public indecency.
Any person who is guilty of an act of public indecency, tending to debauch
the morals or offend the senses of any other persons, who observe the same, is
guilty of an offense against the town and, on conviction, shall be punished
therefor. (Ord. 395 § 2, 1967).
