The occupant load of the assembly seating area shall be determined by the number of fixed seats. Required aisle space shall not be used to increase the occupant load. The occupant load of areas used for standing or waiting shall be determined by dividing the net floor space or area assigned by three square feet for each person. (Ord. 483 § 3, 1972).
