All areas where smoking is prohibited shall be conspicuously posted with “NO SMOKING” signs that are plainly visible. It is unlawful for any person to remove any required “NO SMOKING” sign or to smoke in any place where such signs are posted. (Ord. 483 § 4, 1972).
