Smoking shall be permitted only where safety film is used exclusively. No more than four containers, constructed of nonbreakable materials, and no larger than sixteen ounces, of flammable film splicing and cleaning liquid shall be kept in the booth. Smoking shall not be permitted when flammable liquids are being used. The booth shall be free of any and all combustible materials except that which is necessary for its operation. Sufficient noncombustible ash trays of the self-extinguishing type shall be used. A portable hand fire extinguisher of 10BC rating or its equivalent shall be mounted inside the booth near the booth door. (Ord. 483 § 10, 1972).
