Smoking shall be permitted when noncombustible ash trays of the self-extinguishing type are provided. There shall be no accumulations of combustible materials present. No open coil portable electric heaters or an excessive number of electrical extension cords shall be permitted to be used. (Ord. 483 § 11, 1972).
