Smoking shall be permitted when noncombustible ash trays of the self-extinguishing type or the proper sand-filled receptacles are provided in convenient locations. All waste receptacles shall be metal with self-closing lids. The area shall be free of any and all combustible materials except that which is necessary for its operation. Electrical extension cords shall not be permitted. (Ord. 483 § 12, 1972).
