An exception to this chapter will be made for vendors who have been properly licensed as required under Chapter 5.04 of this code. Any person will be able to participate in open fire cooking in the two public parks of the town commonly referred to as the John Leonard Park and Meadowood Park, within the rules and regulations of the recreation board.
