This chapter shall not be enforced nor construed so as to regulate, restrict, enlarge, or limit, directly or indirectly, the operation or business of the holder of a valid liquor retailer’s permit or other alcoholic beverage permit provided for by Indiana law. (Ord. 658 § 3, 1981).
