It shall be unlawful for any person to fish, bathe, wash, operate boats in or enter any public waterways, or to send, drive or ride any animal into any public waterways, where not authorized for such purposes. However, the town may set aside certain places and designate the rules for swimming, wading, bathing, boating and fishing by persons in any such places. (Ord. 978, 2002).
