Chapter 9.90 PROHIBITED CONDUCT ON REAL PROPERTY--DISORDERLY HOUSES
9.90.120 Nonexclusive remedy.
The provisions of this section shall not in any manner be construed to
limit or be a condition precedent to bringing an action under I.C. 32-30-8-1 et
seq., or under any other law. (Ord. 1062 §2(part), 2006).
