Every driver of a vehicle shall bring such vehicle to a full and complete stop before entering upon the right-of-way of the Peoria & Eastern Railroad (operated by the New York Central Railroad Company) at the intersection of such right-of-way with Olin Avenue. Stop signs shall be erected at such intersection in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.08.030. (Ord. 279 Art. II § 5, 1960).
