No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle unless the right-hand wheels of such vehicle are within twelve inches of the right-hand curb of the street, except that vehicles shall be parked at a forty-five degree angle at the following places:
(1) On the west and east side of Main Street between Fourteenth Street and Tenth Street;
(2) On the north side of Sixteenth Street between Lynhurst Drive and Beeler Street;
(3) On the south side of Sixteenth Street between Lynhurst Drive and Biltmore Street. (Ord. 1061 §1, 2006: Ord. 1055 §1, 2006: Ord. 279 Art. III §13, 1960).
