No person shall park a vehicle on the south and east sides of any street within the area bounded by 25th Street on the north, Lynhurst Drive on the west, Crawfordsville Road on the south, and Georgetown Road on the east, or on both sides of Main Street between 10th Street and 16th Street during major racing events (as granted by the town of Speedway) at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, from six p.m. the day before the racing events (including, but not limited to practices, qualifications and the race) begin until eight p.m. the day of the running of the race, or, if the race is postponed, on a day-to-day basis following the scheduled day of the race until eight p.m. of the day the race is completed.
