Any vehicle with a gross weight of twenty-five tons or more and operating under the provisions of Section 10.16.050 over any of the streets in the town, exclusive of those streets set forth in Sections 10.16.020 and 10.16.030, shall secure a permit from the town marshal prior to driving upon these streets.
