There is hereby created within the town, an area hereby defined and established as a “School Zone,” and which is defined as that portion of any street, boulevard, parkway or alley contiguous to any educational institution, regardless of whether it be public or parochial, and extending for a distance of three hundred feet along said street, boulevard, parkway or alley in each direction from the nearest property line of said educational institution.
