Upon a denial by the chief of police of an application for a parade or motorcade permit, the applicant may appeal such determination within five days of such denial to the town board of trustees by filing written notice of appeal with the office of the clerk-treasurer of the town. The town board of trustees shall treat such appeal in an expedited manner and may reverse, affirm or modify in any regard the determination of the chief of police. (Ord. 511 (part), 1973).
