Any person entitled to the information listed in Section 10.32.010 may obtain the same from the police department either in person or through his duly authorized agent or attorney. The agent or attorney shall first file with the department a verified written authorization signed by the person so entitled to the information. (Ord. 662 § 2, 1981).
