An inspection fee of five dollars shall be assessed for each motor vehicle inspected, which inspection fees shall be deposited in a special vehicle inspection fund established and controlled by the clerk-treasurer of the town. Inspection fees shall be remitted to the clerk-treasurer of the town at least once each week. (Ord. 758 § 2, 1988).
