In accordance with IC 8-1-2-101, the town reserves the right to recover all management costs associated with granting and administering rights-of-way access permits.
All rights-of-way access permit fees are payable upon filing the application. The fees due pursuant to this chapter shall be paid annually. All fees not paid when due shall bear interest at a rate of ten percent per annum.
All fees and compensation provided for as part of this chapter are separate from and additional to any and all federal, state, local taxes, and utility pole, duct, or conduit rental fees as may be levied, imposed, or due. (Ord. 949 § 1(part), 2001).
