Any person in violation of, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 949 § 1(part), 2001).
