As a separation between any two driveways or approachways, on a single parcel of land, there shall be a section of curbing of at least ten feet (measured parallel to the street); provided, that any entranceway into private property at which a traffic control light has been installed may consist of two driveways or approachways, thirty feet in width, separated by an elevated curbing median.
