13.04.190 Connection charges.

Any connectors to the Speedway sewer system whether inside or outside the Speedway corporate limits shall pay a treatment plant capacity charge, a sewer availability charge, and an administration charge based upon the size of the water meters used regardless of whether the water meters serve one or more buildings. The total connection fee shall be the composite fee based upon the size of each water meter used. If water meters are being replaced for which a prior connection charge was paid, the connector shall receive a credit for the connection charge previously paid for the water meters being replaced. The treatment plant capacity charge, the sewer availability charge, and administration charge shall be based upon the size of each water meter used as follows:
