Unpolluted water including, but not limited to, cooling water, process water or blowdown from cooling towers or evaporative coolers will not be discharged through direct or indirect connection to a sanitary sewer unless authorization is issued by the board.
If authorization is granted for the discharge of such water into a sanitary sewer, the user shall pay the applicable user charges and fees and shall meet such other conditions as required by the board. (Ord. 768 § 1(part), 1989).
