13.16.060 Easements required.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to construct any commercial building, any commercial development, any multiple family unit of housing, or any housing development (whether single family or multiple family unit), without first having entered into a legally enforceable contract obligation to convey to the town an easement for the sanitary sewers, the storm sewers and water mains serving said building or development; provided, that easements shall not be required for private sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water mains which have not been dedicated and accepted by the town.
