If the sanitary sewers, storm sewers or water mains of any building or development are constructed and installed in violation of this chapter, the board of trustees is authorized to refuse to accept for maintenance such storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains. If one of the three facilities has been constructed in violation of this chapter, the board of trustees may refuse to accept the other two facilities. (Ord. 380 § 9, 1966).
